Recognizing Tahayem's tourism and economic significance, South Sharqiyah Governorate, represented by the Ja'alan Bani Bu Hassan Wali Office, launched the "Tahayem Winter Season."

- Tourism Activation: The season aims to boost winter tourism activity and position the region on regional and international tourism maps.
- Community Support: Create marketing outlets for small and medium enterprises and productive families, while providing temporary employment opportunities.

The season featured numerous tourism and heritage events and activities that attracted thousands of visitors, most notably:
- Tal Marhab Events: The premier attraction, featuring thrilling vehicle dune-climbing races that draw motorsport enthusiasts from across the Sultanate and the Gulf region.
- Heritage Village: Showcasing traditional crafts, local products, and authentic Bedouin culinary experiences.
- Camel and Horse Racing: Celebrating the authenticity deeply rooted in the region.
This success emerged from effective partnerships between government entities (such as the Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises Development), the private sector, and the local community, establishing Tahayem Winter Season as a distinguished model for sustainable tourism development.
